Recently, our company’s large-scale automated laying hen farm in Tajikistan has reached a key milestone. The installation and commissioning of the complete set of stacked automated cage equipment have been successfully finished, and the first batch of chicks have been put into the houses. This marks that the 300,000-head breeding project has officially transitioned from the construction phase to the brooding and production phase.
As our flagship overseas self-owned breeding project, the farm is planned for a total stocking capacity of 300,000 laying hens. The project adopts our self-developed fully automated stacked cage system, equipped with integrated facilities including hot-dip galvanized cages, automatic feeding system, automatic manure removal system, intelligent environmental control system and lighting system. The high-density stacked cage design maximizes the utilization of poultry house space. The full automation system enables automatic feeding, manure cleaning and intelligent regulation of the in-house environment, greatly cutting manual labor intensity. It stabilizes environmental indicators such as temperature, humidity and ventilation inside the chicken houses, creates a clean and stable growing environment for chicks, and ensures healthy development of the flocks.
During project construction, our professional technical team was stationed in Tajikistan for a long time, overseeing factory auxiliary works, equipment delivery, installation, construction and commissioning throughout the whole process. Overcoming various challenges including cross-border construction and regional environmental differences, the team completed all construction works with high standards. On-site construction staff worked closely together and strictly controlled construction quality, successfully implementing the full set of automated breeding equipment and laying a solid foundation for the farm’s commissioning and operation.
The batch newly introduced consists of young brooding chicks. The farm will strictly implement standardized brooding management protocols, continuously monitor various environmental parameters in poultry houses via automated equipment, and carry out refined feeding and management for the chicks. After these chicks are stably raised, the farm will introduce laying hens in successive batches to gradually reach the designed total stocking scale of 300,000 birds.
Serving as our overseas self-owned breeding demonstration base, this project acts not only as a real-world test site for the company’s livestock equipment technologies, but also a physical showcase targeting the Central Asian market. Going forward, the farm will maintain standardized laying hen production, and directly demonstrate the actual operation performance of full-process automated breeding equipment for clients across Central Asia. Our company will continue to deepen R&D and engineering services for intelligent livestock and poultry breeding equipment, provide one-stop turnkey solutions for large-scale breeding to customers in Central Asia and worldwide, and support the local livestock and poultry industry in upgrading toward standardization, intelligence and modernization.
